Our Programs

This program is equipped with skills to help our youth get through their everyday life. Learning how to build confidence, innovation & creativity, breaking barriers and giving them community and support. 

The program offers a small group that provides mental health, skill development, confidence building, and financial education. This program will help the women and youth identify any health issues or general barriers they may carry.

 Early Career Academy for Youth is an educational facility that provides minority youth with a brave space for learning and economic development. The facility will offer programs that focus on reducing the rate of recidivism, creating economic opportunities, decreasing racial disparities, encouraging crime prevention, building social environments and skills. 

 HY4YW's during/ after school program is designed to provide young girls with a safe and supportive environment. We provide programming that enhances their social and leadership skills. 

This program helps with getting ready for work ethics, create resumes, and learn the proper way to go about a job interview. This is a part of the Early Career Academy 

The program will help with rent, finance plan, Transitional room and board.  All students will have an opportunity to experience this program.

This program will help all of our teens to create a successful plan for further education and development.
