Our Focus Areas:
•Skill Development: We strive to provide comprehensive training in essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and financial literacy. These skills are the building blocks upon which confident and capable entrepreneurs are made.
•Confidence Building: We are committed to nurturing self-assurance and belief in oneself. Through mentorship, workshops, and real-world experiences, girls will learn to trust their abilities, enabling them to take bold steps in the business world.
•Innovation and Creativity: We encourage innovative thinking and creativity. Our program cultivates an environment where girls are free to dream, experiment, and innovate. We believe that the best entrepreneurs are those who think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
•Empathy and Social Responsibility: A core aspect of our program is instilling a sense of empathy and social responsibility. We believe in the power of businesses to bring positive change. Through social entrepreneurship initiatives, girls will learn how to create ventures that not only generate profit but also contribute to the betterment of society.
•Community and Support: We envision a strong community where girls uplift and support each other. Through networking events, peer mentoring, and alumni connections, our program creates a lifelong support system. The Vice President
The Marketing Director
My name is Alana Morgan, President of Honest Living 4 Young Women Inc. I am a family-oriented person with a passion for all things coffee. I would like to see HL4YW be an outreach resource to the community, all communities in and around Indy. We will be an asset that will WOW the nation. When I’m in my zone, singing or humming a tune is second nature to me.
The Science Director
My name is Eboni Duff and I am the Director of the Science Program. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from
Indiana State University with a degree in Chemistry. Since graduation, I have been maneuvering through
the pharma/radiopharmaceutical and professional setting as a chemist. I have always noticed the lack of
diversity in every room I entered and that became a passion for me.
Community Outreach Director
Alicia Sims is a loving, beautiful, black female that strives to present and encourage the "you are powerful beyond measure" in herself and others! She is forged by faith, ancestrally anchored, family focused and village victorious!
